We supply credit grantors and small businesses with the risk management tools and solutions to monitor and control credit thereby enabling them to manage their businesses better by better managing their customer acquisition and retention practices when credit is involved. Service Level Agreement   Credit Data Online has NO fixed term contract periods, the service is on a month to month basis and you only get billed for transactions run for a month. Various products do carry a lead time to complete; these include the screening products and the investigated products from the credit bureaus. These lead times are supplied in the Products and Services section. 80% of the products are real-time and you have a returned report a few seconds after input. Experience   The directors of Credit Data Online come from a variety of backgrounds including the banking sector, development sector and credit information sector, we have numerous years experience in the credit industry and the platform was developed in line with the NCA and along with years of development done for channel partners of TransUnion. All staff attends regular training on all aspects of the industry including new legislation, technology and the future of the industry. Our team fully understands the reports offered and can easily assist you with questions relating to information supplied on reports. Partner Programs Credit Data Online also offers a partner programme that works on a referrer link system. Partners that are accepted can make profits by referring clients to the Credit Data Online system. These are all subject to approval and are paid on a one year cycle of transactions run only. Scale Pricing Credit Data Online can also provide specialised pricing structures for clients processing large volumes of credit checks. These are based on a review by the Credit Data Online team and whether the volumes qualify for these benefits.  The system will automatically bill the client for the right price bracket if this bracket is achieved.
