Registration Process & Procedures Minimize

To sign up with Credit Data Online you will need to complete a free online registration form. This registration form takes around 3 minutes to complete and once complete the details are sent to our processing department.

We have NO setup, registration, monthly or subscription fees. You only pay for transactions run.

We offer the following payment options if your account is approved for the payment option specified:

1.     Debit order – Run on the amount of units purchased and these are run every Friday.

2.     30 day account – Strict 30 day accounts where billing happens on the 25th of the month. The account is suspended if payment is not received on time.

3.     Credit Card – This feature will be re-introduced in the near future with some special conditions that apply.

4.     Direct EFT – Once proof of payment is delivered then units will be loaded for products required.

The account application is screened and details are sent on the steps involved to activate the account. If all steps are followed and required documents returned to us, the sign up procedure can be completed within hours.

Please note, we only supply the service to registered businesses and do not supply to individuals under any conditions. All applications are subject to approval.

 

Required paper work

We are required to obtain certain documents from you which you must attach to the Subscriber Application Form along with the signed Contract. 

  1. Letter authorising Cred-it-Data to act as your agent on your legal entity’s letterhead  
  2. Certificate of Incorporation / Letter of authority (trusts) / Fidelity Fund Certificate 
  3. Recent Bank Statement / Recent Utility Bill  
  4. ID Document of Primary Contact
